She has also gained a Level 7 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring in addition to other relevant qualifications including peer education, advice and guidance & Trauma Informed training, which enables her to understand the value of becoming better versions of yourself with the right mindset.
Her past roles including Trauma Caseworker for young people based in Royal London Hospital has equipped her with extensive knowledge of those affected by physical traumas and supporting them within the community after they have suffered injuries which are often gang affiliated.
Tawana has won 🏆 3 awards including Visionary & Collaborative awards at the Elevate Leadership Program Gradation courtesy of the Criminal Justice Alliance. She has been featured on unfiltered stories where she continues to uplift those without a voice who has been through traumatic experiences and still continues to do so.
With her safeguarding training and Trauma informed badge & experiences & qualifications she aspires to create something powerful, restorative, transformational and accountable for those adults & young people who are deeply affected by trauma & those transitioning to adulthood aged 15-40.
