Description
This self-paced course equips professionals and practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and practical strategies to understand trauma, rebuild confidence, and apply emotional regulation techniques. Learners will explore how trauma affects thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, gain insight into adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and develop self-awareness through guided exercises, reflection activities, and video lessons.
Participants will also learn practical tools to rebuild self-esteem, enhance resilience, and integrate trauma-informed practices into both personal and professional settings. Interactive activities, downloadable worksheets, and quizzes ensure engagement and help consolidate knowledge, enabling learners to confidently support themselves and others in trauma-informed environments. This course provides 2 hours of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credit.
