Pauline Dean is an experienced early years educator and inclusion specialist dedicated to supporting young children’s development in diverse learning environments. With over 20 years working in nurseries, preschools, and primary settings, Pauline has a strong passion for creating inclusive spaces where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to learn.
She has a BA Honours, Early Years Professional Status (EYP), POST 16 PGCE, and specialist qualifications in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), NCFE CACHE Diploma (Early Years Sector) Diplomas in ESOL and TEFL. Pauline is committed to equipping practitioners with practical strategies to remove barriers to learning and nurture positive partnerships with families from all backgrounds.
Pauline frequently delivers professional development workshops and contributes to early years research focused on inclusion, diversity, and equitable education. Her work aims to ensure that every child’s unique abilities and cultural identity are celebrated and supported from the very start of their learning journey.
