Mr. Paulanthony Skerrett
Driven by a passion for accessible education, I founded the International Institute for Adult Learning (IIFAL) to create pathways for individuals who may have faced financial or personal challenges. I believe that everyone, regardless of background, deserves an opportunity to pursue quality education and build a fulfilling career. Through IIFAL, I am dedicated to empowering learners, fostering growth, and breaking down barriers to ensure that education is within reach for all who seek it.
Carol Lake: Deputy Head & Senco
Carol S. Lake
As the Deputy Head and SENCO at the International Institute for Adult Learning (IIFAL), I am dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment where every student can thrive. My role allows me to design and deliver engaging business lessons tailored to individual goals, while also providing the pastoral care and safeguarding support that students may need to overcome barriers to learning. With experience in both education and administration, I bring strong organizational and communication skills to my work, ensuring a structured and caring approach to help our learners succeed and reach their fullest potential.
Candacy Skerrett: International PA
Candacy Skerrett
Candacy Skerrett serves as the International PA for the International Institute for Adult Learning (IIFAL), bringing over eight years of experience in administrative and organizational roles. Candacy is skilled in time management, effective communication, and handling complex tasks in high-paced environments, making her an essential support for IIFAL’s leadership and global initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (in progress) and additional certifications in supervisory management, public relations, and finance. Her strong leadership, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail enable her to efficiently manage tasks and foster smooth operations across international teams. Candacy is committed to contributing to IIFAL’s mission of accessible and impactful education worldwide.
Shaka Anderson: Network Manager
Shaka Anderson
As the Network Manager for the International Institute for Adult Learning (IIFAL) and another educational institution, I bring over a decade of IT experience to my work. My role involves overseeing network infrastructure, enhancing system performance, and implementing strong security measures to ensure seamless operations. I’ve developed skills in troubleshooting, optimizing networks, and managing IT assets through various positions in system administration and technical support. My commitment to operational efficiency and proactive problem-solving allows me to support both institutions effectively, creating reliable and secure IT environments for staff and students alike.
Dia Alie (Antigua)
Dia Alie
Dia Alie, as the Head of Social Care for the Caribbean, would likely oversee the social care programs within that region, focusing on the development and delivery of education and training in social care practices. Her role would involve ensuring that students are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to work in various social care fields, such as community services, healthcare, child protection, and social work. She would also be involved in shaping the curriculum, aligning it with local needs, and supporting the growth of the social care sector across the Caribbean.
Tamara Camacho : Head of Drama
Tamara Camacho

Samantha Skerrett is the Head of English & Law (Global) at the International Institute for Adult Learning (IIFAL), where she oversees the development of English and Law programs worldwide. She ensures the curriculum meets international standards and supports students in achieving academic success. Additionally, Samantha is the founder of GoCanadaVisas.com, a regulated immigration consultancy. She helps individuals navigate the Canadian immigration process, providing expert guidance on student visas, work permits, and residency applications. Her combined expertise in education and immigration ensures learners have the support they need to study and succeed in Canada.
