Head of Education
Mr Paulanthony Skerrett is the founder and director of the International Institute for Adult Learning (IIFAL), a school providing accessible education and vocational training for learners from 16+, including adults and those with special educational needs. In his role as director, he oversees the strategic direction of the institute, manages academic and operational programmes, ensures quality standards, and supports learner development. Driven by a passion for creating opportunities, he established IIFAL to help individuals overcome financial or personal challenges and pursue quality education. Deputy Head & Senco
Carol S. Lake is the Deputy Head and SENCO at the International Institute for Adult Learning (IIFAL), where she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment in which every student can thrive. In her role, she designs and delivers engaging business lessons tailored to individual goals, while also providing pastoral care and safeguarding support to help students overcome barriers to learning. With extensive experience in both education and administration, Carol brings strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring a structured and compassionate approach that empowers learners to succeed and reach their fullest potential.

Candacy Skerrett
Candacy Skerrett serves as the International PA for the International Institute for Adult Learning (IIFAL), bringing over eight years of experience in administrative and organizational roles. Candacy is skilled in time management, effective communication, and handling complex tasks in high-paced environments, making her an essential support for IIFAL’s leadership and global initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (in progress) and additional certifications in supervisory management, public relations, and finance. Her strong leadership, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail enable her to efficiently manage tasks and foster smooth operations across international teams. Candacy is committed to contributing to IIFAL’s mission of accessible and impactful education worldwide.

Network Manager
Shaka Anderson is the Network Manager for the International Institute for Adult Learning (IIFAL) and another educational institution, bringing over a decade of IT experience to his role. He oversees network infrastructure, optimises system performance, and implements robust security measures to ensure smooth and secure operations. With extensive experience in system administration and technical support, Shaka has developed strong skills in troubleshooting, network optimisation, and IT asset management. His commitment to operational efficiency and proactive problem-solving ensures reliable and secure IT environments for both staff and students.

Social Care Programme Manager – Caribbean
Dia Alie serves as a Social Care Programme Manager for the Caribbean, working under the Head of Social Care. She is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of education and training programmes in social care, ensuring that students gain the skills and knowledge needed for roles in community services, healthcare, child protection, and social work. Dia contributes to curriculum development aligned with regional needs and supports the growth of the social care sector across the Caribbean. Through her work, she helps learners prepare for meaningful careers while strengthening social care standards in the region.

Director of Drama Programmes
Tamara Camacho is the Director of Drama Programmes, leading the development and delivery of drama initiatives across the UK. Drawing on her Guyanese heritage, she is dedicated to supporting students from African and Caribbean communities, ensuring they have access to high-quality performance education. Tamara designs and implements engaging curricula, providing the guidance, resources, and support students need to develop skills in theatre, performance, and creative expression.
She is committed to fostering creativity, building confidence, and encouraging self-expression, helping learners explore their talents and reach their full potential. Tamara also focuses on creating dynamic and inclusive learning environments, where students can collaborate, take creative risks, and develop essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and critical thinking. Through her leadership, she ensures that UK-based drama programmes are both educational and inspiring, empowering learners to pursue further study or careers in the performing arts while celebrating and supporting their cultural heritage.

Head of Business Studies – North America,
Bernard Skerrett is the Head of Business Studies – North America, responsible for leading and overseeing business studies programmes within the region. He develops and implements comprehensive curricula covering areas such as management, economics, and entrepreneurship, ensuring that students gain the skills and knowledge needed for success in the business world.
Bernard is committed to aligning programmes with industry standards, providing students with practical insights and opportunities to prepare for careers in business. Through his leadership, he fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills, helping learners achieve their academic and professional goals. Bernard’s dedication ensures that business studies programmes in North America are both rigorous and relevant, empowering students to excel in a rapidly evolving global marketplace.

Head of English & Law (Global)
Samantha Skerrett is the Head of English & Law (Global), overseeing the development and delivery of English and Law programmes worldwide. She ensures curricula meet international standards and provides students with the guidance and support needed to achieve academic success.
In addition, Samantha is the founder of GoCanadaVisas.com, a regulated immigration consultancy, helping individuals navigate the Canadian immigration process, including student visas, work permits, and residency applications. She also offers one-to-one English tuition, face-to-face or online, tailored to each learner’s needs.
With expertise in education, language teaching, and immigration, Samantha empowers learners to study, thrive, and succeed globally, providing the support and resources necessary to reach their full potential.
