About Course
Leadership in today’s education and workplace environments can feel challenging, particularly when instructions are ignored, resistance grows, and team morale begins to decline. Leaders are often expected to maintain high standards while also protecting their own wellbeing.
This micro-course is designed to support leaders with practical strategies to manage staff resistance while maintaining professional authority and avoiding burnout. Participants will explore why resistance occurs, how communication patterns influence staff behaviour, and how clear leadership boundaries can strengthen accountability within teams.
The session focuses on realistic leadership approaches that reduce repeated instructions, improve staff engagement, and help leaders maintain confidence without emotional exhaustion.
