About Course

The IFDP Healthy Living Family Programme helps families with children aged about 5 to 10 build healthy habits together: eating well, getting active, sleeping well, balancing screens and looking after feelings.

The programme focuses on habits, not weight or appearance. It encourages a positive relationship with food and bodies, celebrates your family’s own food traditions, and shows how small, realistic changes add up. Guidance is based on current NHS and UK Chief Medical Officers’ advice, with practical, low-cost ideas for real family life.

The course has seven modules and 28 lessons, with interactive practice activities and module quizzes that are not marked and never block your progress. It ends with one final assessment: 15 questions, 70% to pass, up to 3 attempts. Pass it to receive your IIFAL certificate.
