This self-paced, online 6-hour CPD course accredited to the IIFAL (International Institute for Adult Learning) framework provides a comprehensive introduction to the UK Domestic Abuse Strategy, the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, and core safeguarding responsibilities. It equips learners with the tools to identify abuse, understand the impact of trauma, and access support services in a safe, informed, and responsible manner.

Through interactive lessons, scenario-based activities, and self-assessment quizzes, you will:

Module 2 – Legislation, Policy & Safeguarding Responsibilities

Module 3 – Recognising Signs, Disclosure & Reporting Pathways

Module 4 – Education, RSE & Preventative Approaches

Final Assessment – Domestic Abuse Awareness, Safeguarding & Support
This final assessment evaluates learners’ understanding of the key principles covered throughout the Domestic Abuse Awareness course.
