Through interactive modules, real-world case studies, scenario-based activities, and reflective exercises, participants will:
Understand the unique pathways that place girls at risk of gang exploitation
Recognise behavioural, emotional, and contextual indicators of vulnerability
Apply trauma-informed communication and engagement techniques
Learn multi-agency assessment, escalation, and safety planning strategies
Build resilience-focused support plans for post-exploitation recovery
By the end of the course, practitioners will be empowered to make informed, safe, and sensitive decisions when supporting vulnerable girls, reducing risk, and promoting positive outcomes.
