Course Overview
Leadership in today’s education and workplace environments often feels like a constant battle — especially when instructions are ignored, resistance builds, and morale dips. This micro-course is designed to equip leaders with strategies to maintain authority, improve accountability, and protect their own wellbeing.
Participants will learn how to recognise patterns of staff resistance, communicate effectively without overexertion, and apply professional boundaries that strengthen leadership presence without emotional exhaustion.
